British Sugar’s unique headquarters in Peterborough, the prestigious site has individual departments within the building that need to express their own identity. T4 provided bespoke copper laminated glass for the reception area, meeting & conferencing facilities.
Designed by CPMG Architects, the reception area must impress visitors whilst the meeting and conference rooms need to offer some level of privacy. CPMG specified a beautiful copper metal mesh laminated in glass. The mesh brings some reflection & texture to the glass but also creates privacy in the practical spaces whilst maintaining a beautiful decorative finish.
The copper mesh is completely encapsulated in the glass allowing light to pass through whilst maintaining privacy and offering a maintenance free finish.
